Sometimes, life strikes when we least expect it.  It can cause a myriad of stress, confusion, and how to rebuild from the traumas. I know because I’ve lived it multiple times over. I never quit, though. It’s not always simple to pull ourselves out of the darkness. We all need guidance; we all need a hand up from time to time. There is no shame in asking for help or needing someone to sit and talk to. There is no shame in airing out everything on your chest and on your mind. Is your heart broken?
